Im in too much pain

Assalam-o-Alaikum every my brothers & sisters, I have been very upset from silent few days. And i just don’t know with whom i can share my problem. I have been transfered for 8 months from Khulna to Bagerhat. I adore my work station very much and i know it loves me too. But there is something that doesnt let me be contented. Here drinking water is salinety & I fell very unwell after drinking the water. what can I do?
